What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Maintain all state licenses and ensure compliance with prior carrier relationships

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or banking

Strong negotiation skills and comfort with overcoming objections

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Capability to maintain all state licenses as requiredHigh‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in inbound sales is a plus

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its practices

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
