Direct Sales Agent Specialist - Direct Auto
Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth through new business sales and building strong customer relationships. Successful candidates will sell auto, life, auto club, and roadside assistance products to walk‑in and outbound prospects and support marketing efforts within retail locations.
Responsibilities
Build and retain a book of business within the retail location and community.
Generate new customers, cross‑sell existing customers, and support product offerings including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
Market products via outbound marketing calls and in‑person visits while creating community relationships.
Convert walk‑in customers, support office operations, and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
0 – 2 years of experience in direct sales or related field.
Property & Casualty licensing preferred; must obtain required license within 90 days.
Excellent communication, closing, and community‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑focused, and able to work independently in a performance‑driven environment.
Compensation Base hourly rate of $20.00 per hour plus uncapped monthly incentive and commissions based on individual and team performance.
