What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve Sales and Gross Profit goals by executing key sales initiatives

Engage with dental laboratory customers through proactive outreach and account management

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media

Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in lab consumable products

Collaborate with Tele-sales and Hi-Tech team members to maximize account opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, with some sales experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage effectively with decision-makers and resolve problems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in dental or lab sales

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Demonstrated proactive sales process experience

Additional industry certifications or a Master's degree
