What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs

Engage dental laboratory customers through face-to-face interactions and proactive sales efforts

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media

Develop and maintain a business development plan for each customer to drive profitable sales

Collaborate with team members to maximize account opportunities and drive sales event attendance

What is Required (Qualifications):

0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in dental or lab sales

Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and planning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Additional industry certifications related to dental or lab sales
