What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive sales growth and customer retention for Abrasive Systems Division products within the Industrial Marketplace

Develop and adjust sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions

Conduct daily sales calls and presentations at distributor and customer locations

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize customer partnerships

Achieve key sales objectives and ensure effective CRM execution

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Current, valid Driver’s License

Proven ability to manage complex accounts with annual sales over $1M

Strong presentation, communication, and business planning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Industrial field sales experience, preferably in abrasives or related products

Key account management experience with multi‑location customers

Experience engaging with executive‑level relationships

Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com

Strong competitive testing and analysis skills
