Acute care hospital in Auburn, IN Key Responsibilities Assess patients and implement individualized respiratory care plans Administer therapies including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and nebulizer treatments Perform routine and emergent airway procedures: suctioning (tracheal, endotracheal, nasopharyngeal) Monitor patient responses and document accurately in EMR systems Maintain respiratory equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure safety compliance Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Qualifications Current Indiana Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRCP) license 1+ year of acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills Ability to work night shifts, standing, and sitting as needed Commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centered care Apply Today If you're a licensed RT looking for flexible nights, meaningful patient care, and clinical growth, click
