Position Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert across the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales Executives to engage and educate prospective customers

Lead or co-lead product demonstrations, translating platform capabilities into real clinical workflows for executive, operational, and frontline audiences

Bring practical health-system clinical experience to establish credibility with CMOs, CQOs, CNOs, CMIOs, service-line leaders, and clinical teams

Support strategic account planning, RFP/RFI responses, clinical use cases, and ROI narratives to enable complex enterprise sales

Ensure clinical messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with health-system priorities across all sales and marketing materials

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Marketing to incorporate field insights into roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market assets

Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications:

Clinical background such as RN, PA, NP, PharmD, or similar experience working within a health system.

Experience engaging with clinical leadership, frontline staff, or cross-functional care teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling explanations.

Comfort supporting enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.

Interest in technology, digital health, and clinical workflow improvement.

Ability to partner closely with sales without needing to own quota or perform direct selling.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving processes.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in a Sales Engineer, Clinical Solutions Specialist, Clinical Advisor, or similar commercially oriented clinical role.

Knowledge of Clinical Practice Guidelines, quality improvement, pathways, or variation reduction.

Familiarity with EHR workflows, clinical documentation, or hospital operations.

Prior experience supporting software demonstrations or customer-facing product engagements.

Exposure to chronic disease management, behavioral health, or clinical decision support a plus.
