mid-level real estate associate
with
3–6 years of transactional experience
to join its Charleston office. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to grow in a high-caliber team with a focus on sophisticated U.S. and international real estate matters, particularly in the resort and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development and lending documentation, and hospitality agreements.
Support major commercial and resort real estate transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects from inception through closing.
Engage directly with clients and counterparties, offering tailored legal solutions and clear communication.
Ideal Candidate
JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a sophisticated firm.
Experience with hospitality or resort real estate is a significant plus.
Strong drafting, negotiating, and project management skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-office team.
Licensed in SC or willing to obtain admission.
Compensation & Culture
Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $280,000.
