What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automotive losses
Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance
File and hear arbitrations as required
Determine appropriate collection methods for claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Strong customer service and negotiation skills>
Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
General understanding of different lines of coverage (i.e., homeowners, auto, personal property)
Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds
