Subrogation Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
Handle a variety of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct arbitrations on disputed liability and damage claims as necessary
Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the values of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
General understanding of different lines of coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto, personal property)
Excellent communication skills with respect for diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated commitment to company culture through engagement in community and team activities
