Subrogation Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile claims
Handle various types of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross‑jurisdictional claims
Initiate and participate in arbitration processes for disputed liability and damage claims
Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance
Display professionalism and adhere to the values of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
General understanding of different lines of coverage, such as homeowners and auto insurance
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds
Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
