Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) – Renaissance House Inc. – Ypsilanti Location

We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs)
to join our team at our Ypsilanti location .
What We Offer
Competitive Pay : Starting at $17.08/hour , with an increase to $17.43/hour
after completing training.
$500 Sign-On Bonus :
$250
after completing 30 days or 120 hours
of employment.
An additional $250
after completing all necessary training and meeting staffing ratio requirements.

Position Availability
Full-time and part-time
positions available for second and third shifts .
Key Responsibilities
Provide care and support to individuals with mental illness
in a
large
group home setting (15 Bed) .
Assist with meal preparation , serving, and dining support.
Administer medications
as prescribed.
Engage residents in fun activities
to promote socialization and well-being.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
(must be at least 18 years of age).
Valid
Driver’s License
or
State ID .
Ability to pass a
criminal background check .
