Starting Pay:
$15.05/hour After Training Completion:
$15.55/hour $500 Sign-On Bonus! $250 after
30 days or 120 hours of employment Additional $250 after completing all training and joining the staffing ratio What You'll Do
Support residents in a small group home setting Assist with personal care and daily living tasks Prepare and serve meals Administer medications (training provided) Join residents in fun activities and community outings ✅ What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED Valid
Driver’s License
(Required for this role) Ability to pass a criminal background check Availability for
1st and 2nd shifts Full-Time Benefits (If You Transition Later)
