We support adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness by providing safe housing and caring support that helps them thrive. Starting Pay:
$16.00/hr. After Training Completion:
$16.50/hr. $500 Sign-On Bonus! $250 after
30 days or 120 hours
of employment Additional $250 after completing training and joining the active staffing ratio Full-Time Benefits Include: 401(k) Retirement Plan Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) What You’ll Be Doing
Support residents in a small group home setting Assist with daily living activities and personal care Prepare and serve meals Administer medications (training provided) Participate in fun, engaging activities with residents Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering home environment ✅ What You Need
