Direct Care Workers (DCWs)
to join our team in
Howell . What You Can Expect:
Starting Pay : $17.05/hour
to start $17.55/hour
after completing training $500 Sign-On Bonus $250
after your first 30 days (or 120 hours) Another $250
once training is complete and staffing requirements are met Comprehensive Benefits
(for full-time team members): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life, Accidental, Short- & Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k)
with 3% Company Match (after 1 year) Paid Time Off (PTO) Multiple shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Your Role:
As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting. Responsibilities include: Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining Administering medications per guidelines Leading fun, interactive, and social activities What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED (must be 18 or older) Valid Driver’s License or State ID Ability to pass a background check Why Work with Us?
