Responsibilities

Actively participate in the sales process and collaborate closely with direct and channel sales teams

Discover and understand customer requirements, aligning solutions to meet those needs

Present SailPoint's business functions, value propositions, and competitive advantages

Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers and assist in RFP development

Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories

Conversant in modern SaaS architecture

3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP

Technical pre-sales experience in complex enterprise environments

Thorough understanding of Identity, Governance, User Administration, and Access Management

Experience speaking at national or regional conferences and meetups

Ability to communicate at the business level with clients outside of IT
