Position Summary Business Development Specialist (BDS) engages Health Care Professionals via telephone to promote assigned client products, maximize selling potential, meet program and client objectives. BDS develops relationships, educates on product features, safety, approvals, and loyalty program, using approved tools and maintaining product knowledge. Collaborates with field teams; occasional on-site visits.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Communicate persuasively with customers, using selling, listening, negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging.
Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
Profile and manage targeted accounts; provide value‑added benefits to grow product and platform awareness.
Create and implement business plans to achieve business goals.
Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.
Achieve quarterly client KPIs.
Promote client product(s) via telephone calls, engaging targets in in‑depth discussions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of client product(s), program, and all platforms.
Complete required data entry in CRM systems, documenting target responses and call activity.
Respond appropriately to customer needs within program timelines.
Collaborate with client field sales account managers and sales managers to plan account coverage.
Create a positive impression with clients and their customers.
Prepare reports for management as needed.
Fully comply with all laws, regulations, and Amplity policies.
Participate in teleconferences, regional and district meetings, training sessions, and conventions as required.
Other assigned projects.
Key Working Relationships
Report to Amplity Performance Manager or Program Director.
Work closely with team members on the program and home office support.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, client contacts, and all client business units.
Required: Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
Willingness to travel to office sites if needed.
Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs.
Preferred
B2B, Inside Sales experience.
Aesthetics industry experience.

Professional demeanor and excellent phone manner.

Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex information over the phone.
