Position Summary Business Development Specialist (BDS) engages Health Care Professionals over the telephone to promote assigned client products, maximizing each product’s selling potential and meeting program and client objectives. The BDS builds and maintains relationships with HCPs, educates them about product features, benefits, safety, approved indications and loyalty program platform, and collaborates with client field teams. On‑site practice visits for in‑services may occur as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Communicate persuasively with customers, using proper terminology and approved messaging to promote products.

Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.

Profile and manage a targeted list of accounts, providing value‑added benefits to grow product and platform awareness.

Create and implement business plans to achieve business goals.

Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.

Achieve quarterly client KPIs.

Promote client products via outgoing and/or incoming calls, engaging targets in in‑depth discussions to achieve company goals.

Maintain thorough knowledge of client products, programs and all platforms.

Enter required data accurately into Amplity/Client CRM systems.

Respond to customer needs and questions within program timelines.

Collaborate with client field sales managers to plan account coverage when required.

Create a positive impression with clients and their customers.

Prepare reports for management as needed.

Comply fully with all laws, regulations and Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.

Participate in teleconferences, live meetings, and represent the client at national and local conventions when applicable.

Complete other assigned projects.

Key Working Relationships

Report to the Amplity Performance Manager or Program Director.

Collaborate with team members assigned to the program and with home office support.

Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, client contacts, and all client business units.

Required – Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.

Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.

Ability to travel to office sites if needed.

Willingness to cover all time zones if required.

Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.

Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Preferred

B2B, Inside Sales experience.

Aesthetics industry experience.

Successfully complete Amplity and client training in full.

Attend teleconferences and live meetings, representing the client as requested.

Drive to customer offices and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; occasional regional air travel may be required.

Credentialing Requirements As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. You must comply with facility requirements and obtain any necessary representative licenses (e.g., DC, Chicago, Nevada, Oregon, Miami‑Dade County). Compliance will be verified and updated as required.
