Job Overview Mobile Associates are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services and build deep relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.
Job Responsibilities
Engage proactively with customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools to showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process to recommend wireless solutions and deepen customer relationships.
Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes; review personal results, current promotions and Hub updates to remain customer‑ready.
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations by proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales activity.
Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set up to device support.
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer‑satisfaction oriented with a passion for advocacy and delivering exceptional experiences.
Team‑building mindset and willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel No travel required.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly base pay: $19.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Eligible for promotional incentive and annual stock grant. Full benefits available to full‑time employees.
