Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2870) at Target. Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.00 USD per hour What You’ll Do
Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed. Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution. Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; support fulfillment by moving merchandise between fitting rooms and sales floor. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times; follow safety policies and report hazards. Support guest services (back-up cashier, order pickup, Drive-Up) and comply with applicable laws while performing duties. Create a welcoming guest experience; engage with guests to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target. All other duties as required by business needs. What We Are Looking For
You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members and thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring teamwork and problem solving. You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times. Qualifications & Skills
Strong interest in apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members. Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed. Effective communication, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the ability to resolve guest questions quickly. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within timeframes. Ability to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds with assistance, up to 15 pounds frequently).
