Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client experience and build, expand, and retain long‑term relationships.
Open and recommend a full range of retail products, including loan products, during routine banking and teller transactions.
Educate clients about convenient bank services such as online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, mobile and ATM deposit capabilities.
Resolve a variety of simple to moderate client problems while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Perform teller transactions (e.g., cashing checks, processing withdrawals) and seek opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Comply with internal control, audit, security, and compliance policies, procedures, and laws.
Participate in professional development through training and coaching to enhance product knowledge, systems knowledge, sales, and client‑relations skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of sales or customer‑service experience.
Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
Experience with banking, retail sales operations, or contact center operations (phone, email, chat).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and judgment skills for escalation.
Basic math skills for account reconciliation.
PC skills (word processing, spreadsheets) and ability to learn internal systems.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain high accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
