Yelp - Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Central or Eastern Region) Join Yelp’s Inside Sales team as a remote Account Executive, working directly with small business owners in the Central or Eastern U.S. to provide tailored advertising solutions.

This role is with Yelp. Yelp uses RippleMatch to find top talent.

Please note that while this role will operate remotely, it is required that the candidate resides in the Central or Eastern Region of the United States (Central or Eastern Time Zones).

As an Account Executive, you’ll use your phone and virtual outreach skills to educate business owners about Yelp’s advertising platform, achieving and exceeding monthly quotas while handling rejection with resilience.

What you’ll do

Educate and strategize with business owners through high‑volume outbound dialing; this role is phone based.

Work one of several 08:30‑05:30 or 09:30‑06:30 local‑time schedules.

Own and manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce.

Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and recommend products quickly.

Master quick‑close techniques to exceed individual goals.

Navigate the qualification‑to‑close process, ensuring customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Track and manage daily goals to meet results.

What it takes to succeed

GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years customer‑facing experience, or Bachelor’s Degree.

No fear of the phone and ready for high‑volume outbound dialing daily.

Computer and email proficiency—Google Suite provided; MacBook supplied.

Distraction‑free work environment.

Open to feedback and willing to implement for improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills, prioritization, and self‑management.

Current U.S. work authorization.

What you’ll get

First‑year earnings range $50k‑$65k via base salary and uncapped incentives.

Year‑2 target earnings $70k, top performers $112k.

Base salary $37k plus uncapped commission.
