Responsibilities
- Collaborate in early stages to define solution approach and ensure proper estimation.
- Design solutions for complex workstreams and present to client teams, building trust and advocating scalability.
- Define architecture principles and standards; own communication and justification of design decisions with internal team and client.
- Participate in coaching and mentoring on solutions.
- Stay current on releases and technology trends to inform impact assessments for teams and customers.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Specialist in technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform and adept at balancing out‑of‑the‑box features, declarative automation, and code.
- Strong lean and agile development mindset.
- Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or working toward certification.

Compensation
Base salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD (plus geographic adjustment). Eligible for performance bonus plan.
