Responsibilities: • Responsible for general upkeep and maintenance of residential properties, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance repair. • Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, water heaters, fixtures, and other property equipment. • Handles make-ready work for move-ins and move-outs, maintains common areas, pressure washes surfaces, and ensures proper safety compliance. • Manages inventory of supplies, assists with janitorial tasks, and supports property readiness for emergencies. • Provides resident support as needed and coordinates with third-party contractors. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience desirable. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with residents, team members, vendors, and the public. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities as needed. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to retain information. • Adheres to safety protocols, including the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). • Maintains reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. • Flexible to work on-call and respond promptly to urgent situations. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
