Our Team Table22 is based in New York City but works in a primarily remote fashion, with full-time team members today across NYC, D.C., Austin, Chicago, LA, Houston, Portland, Chicago, San Diego, and more.

Our leadership brings experience from great companies like Warby Parker, Squarespace, and Stitch Fix, and our broader team also brings hospitality experience from great brands like Rose’s Restaurant Group, Lettuce Entertain You, and Eataly.

Our Traction & Backing Table22 empowers hundreds of hospitality businesses across 38 states today, whom we’ve helped generate tens of millions of dollars of new revenue and profit impact.

We’ve 3x’d our business over the past year and are growing quickly, with a robust balance sheet and indefinite runway.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for dynamic and impact-oriented Account Executives to join our sales team. AEs at Table22 are responsible for managing a full and high-conversion sales cycle from demo to launch. The best AEs know our platform and customer case studies like the back of their hands; work with urgency and persistence; and have a deep motivation for helping restaurant and F&B owners succeed.

This role requires a strong understanding of SMB selling, excellent communication skills, and a thoughtful approach to customer selection and implementation. AEs are supported heavily by BDR, inbound, and referral channels, but are expected to generate a small portion of their own pipelines. Collectively, AEs at Table22 have exceeded quota for the entirety of 2024.

As a successful AE at Table22, you are:

Passionate about food, beverage, hospitality, and small business

Highly consultative and empathetic, capable of driving both problem- and opportunity-based prospect conversations

Thoughtful and dispassionate about ICP, customer selection, and qualification

A motivated learner who understands our platform, playbooks, customer stories, industry, and competitive landscape deeply in order to sell successfully

Highly curious — the kind of person who loves discovering new places to eat and travel

Eager to sell the value of Table22’s new revenue impact and our supportive platform, fulfillment, and marketing capabilities

Comfortable managing a large book of business with a high volume of prospect conversations and launches (8+ closed-won per month)

Someone who goes above and beyond to ensure successful implementation and merchant outcomes

2+ years of restaurant or SMB-facing sales experience — either within software a context or the broader F&B industry (e.g. wine sales)

A proven history of strong performance in your prior roles and endeavors (both personal and professional)

High integrity and a team-first attitude, where you will give and receive support to your fellow AEs

Comfort overseeing, guiding, and coaching (alongside a proper BDR manager) the work of the BDRs who work under you

Pay and benefits

$120,000 - $250,000 OTE, totaling both base and uncapped variable earnings
