What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory

Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on GYN disease states

Foster key customer relationships and engage customers on GYN disease management

Lead market development programs and therapy awareness initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption

Identify market share shifts and competitive tactics to protect and grow the business

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Willingness to travel 50% within the territory

Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry

Experience in building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and administrative roles

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
