Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources via phone, email, or web inquiry Conduct discovery conversations to uncover caller needs and assess fit for services Document every call in the CRM system with thorough, high-quality notes Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call answer percentage and lead conversion goals Foster and maintain relationships with referral partners and manage lead generation efforts What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a take/inside sales role, preferably in healthcare Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
