What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with various teams to support strategic and revenue goals through effective sales strategies
Assist in the development of customized territory plans to target markets and approach new customers
Build long‑term customer relationships by acting as a trusted consultant
Conduct technical seminars and provide training to internal teams on sequencing products
Participate in customer‑facing events such as conferences and user group meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
BA/BS or MS in Life/Biological Sciences required; Ph.D. or Masters in a related field is highly desired
Customer‑facing sales or support experience in Life Sciences or Genomics preferred
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively
Ability to travel approximately 50% within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technological expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and multiomic applications
Highly self‑motivated and adaptable, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain deep knowledge of relevant applications
Experience in developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
MBA is a plus
