What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with various teams to achieve regional sales objectives and support strategic goals

Develop customized territory plans in collaboration with District Sales Managers and Territory Account Managers

Prepare and present technical seminars on sequencing products and applications to customers

Foster long-term customer relationships by providing expert consultation and value during interactions

Train sales team members on product knowledge and market trends

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a Ph.D. without experience; or equivalent work experience

Technological expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and multiomic applications

Customer‑facing sales or support experience in the Life Sciences or Genomics preferred

Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field is highly desired

MBA is a plus

Proven ability to learn quickly and independently about complex sequencing applications

Strong desire to establish long-term customer relationships and win business

Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
