What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a customer-facing strategic and technical sales resource for the employer's Sequencing and multiomic product portfolios
Collaborate with various teams to achieve strategic and revenue goals through customized territory plans
Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships while providing value in every interaction
Conduct technical seminars and presentations on Sequencing product lines and applications
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a Ph.D. without experience; or equivalent work experience
Expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and multiomic applications, with knowledge of clinical and research sequencing markets
Customer-facing sales or support experience in Life Sciences or Genomics
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Ph.D. or Master’s in Biological Sciences, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field is highly desired
MBA is a plus
Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain deep knowledge of multiomics and sequencing applications
Strong drive to win business and establish long-term customer relationships
Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
