Overview
Lead Sales Consultant at Alleviation Enterprise LLC. This role focuses on selling premium supplemental insurance products, building and mentoring a strong client base, and leading by example.
Responsibilities
Sell and cultivate a strong client base for premium supplemental insurance products.
Master and execute the B2B sales process; build relationships, engage with clients, and handle cold calls.
Mentor and train incoming team members as opportunities arise.
Qualifications
Resolute, self-assured, proactive; disciplined and capable of independent work.
Proficient in handling objections and closing sales; resilient to setbacks.
Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours weekly.
Demonstrated history of exemplary performance; enthusiasm for mentoring peers.
Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions; monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
