ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! We need an Experienced Loan Officer with REAL SKILLS.
Overview We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy professional who thrives in a fast‑paced mortgage environment and can lead a team.
Responsibilities
Structure and support loan applications from receipt through closing.
Mentor and coach the 6 new loan officers who joined within the last 30 days.
Build and lead a team of loan officers to meet production goals.
Run pipelines, generate leads, build relationships, and provide coaching.
Provide back‑end support and training to ensure high quality file structuring.
Qualifications
Experience in Consumer, Government, and Non‑QM transactions.
Processor experience (decent, but not required).
Fluent in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie processes.
Winning, resilient attitude and relentless work ethic.
Able to lead and mentor a growing team.
Capable of teaching file structuring and training staff.
