Requirements
Processor experience (but not required)
Expertise in Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans
Fluent in DU/LP
Knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines
Winning attitude and relentless work ethic
Leadership: ready to build and lead a team
Ability to teach file structuring and support new Loan Officers
Responsibilities
Become the go‑to contact for structuring, teaching, and supporting applications as they come in
Support the 6 new Loan Officers added in the last 30 days
Coach and mentor team members, sharing best practices
Maintain pipelines, snag leads, and build relationships
I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a team that’s UNSTOPPABLE! With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish.
