What We’re Looking For
Experience in Mortgage Processing; a processor is an advantage but not mandatory.
Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM products.
Proficiency with Dual‑Use/Loan Prospecting (DU/LP).
Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Positive, win‑or‑lose mindset.
Leadership acumen – ready to build and lead a team.
Relentless work ethic – hustle hard.
Ability to teach file structuring and mentor new Loan Officers.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as the go‑to specialist for structuring, teaching, and supporting incoming applications.
Mentor and guide the six new Loan Officers hired in the last 30 days.
Collaborate with the front‑end team to streamline pipelines, snag leads, and build relationships.
Contribute to accelerating loan production while maintaining compliance and quality.
Benefits Remote position.
