Position Overview ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! It’s Opportunity Time! Are you the kind of Loan Officer who EATS, SLEEPS, and BREATHES mortgages? If that’s you, keep reading because I’ve got something that’ll light your FIRE! This is a remote, full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Structure and support loan applications.
Teach file structuring and processing to new loan officers.
Build and lead a team of loan officers.
Assist and mentor the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days.
Collaborate on pipeline management, lead acquisition, and client relationships.
Serve as the go‑to back‑end warrior for application structuring and support.
Qualifications
Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of conventional, government, and non‑QM loans.
Processor experience is a plus but not required.
Fluent in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie processes.
Winning attitude and relentless work ethic.
Ability to teach and coach others.
