You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area, bridging business needs with technical solutions and delivering impactful ServiceNow SPM implementations. As a senior consultant, your role will balance client relationship management, team leadership, and solution design. Your Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Skills and Attributes for Success

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants. Guide clients through process and design workshops and facilitate requirement sessions. Apply industry-leading practices for ServiceNow SPM implementation, aligning business objectives with process and technology transformation. Use both waterfall and agile delivery models for planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of ServiceNow SPM project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management. 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience. Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship building. Experience leading and supervising teams. Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred (Additionally)

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations. Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). Performance analytics and reporting certification. Benefits

Competitive salary range: $102,500 - $187,900 (US); $122,900 - $213,400 for specific markets. Comprehensive benefits: medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid work model: 40–60% in‑person time for external client roles. Equal Employment Opportunity
