ServiceNow – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Senior Consultant – Tech Consulting

Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, motivating and developing teams while building new client relationships.
Travel as required to meet with clients and support project delivery.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Act as a work‑stream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations to meet specific business objectives.
Analyze a company’s people, process and technology capabilities, provide leading‑practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject‑matter resources.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budget and risk and issue logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
Typical 2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
Benefits
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards. Base salary ranges in the U.S. from $102,500 to $187,900; in selected metro areas $122,900 to $213,400. Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time‑off options.
Hybrid model – most client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time.
