The opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑visible role offers the chance to showcase your leadership, develop your team, and establish new client relationships while growing your consulting and team‑leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities; offer leading‑practice recommendations and strategic insights.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional or business‑process subject‑matter experts.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

To qualify for the role

bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills: written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally, you’ll also have

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.

Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Competitive compensation and benefits: base salary ranges US $102,500–$187,900; New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) ranges $122,900–$213,400.
