This is a true management role in which you will manage 8 direct sales people (all work from home). The Territory Sales Manager owns the sales growth and customer retention of their area of responsibility, provides leadership for service sales professionals and direct sales activities with a primary focus on team sales performance, individual sales target achievement, sales resource development, business development activities and local level key account responsibilities. The Territory Sales Manager is expected to review and direct pricing policies, oversee the renewal of key segment agreements and customer acquisition. Responsibilities
Manage 8 direct sales people (all work from home) and own the sales growth and customer retention for your area. Provide leadership for service sales professionals and direct sales activities with a primary focus on team sales performance, individual sales target achievement, sales resource development, business development activities and local level key account responsibilities. Review and direct pricing policies; oversee renewal of key segment agreements and customer acquisition. Qualifications
Management experience with direct sales people Travel 50%-60% (Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana). Travel is to customers and sales people Bachelors degree with a technical degree preferred Sales Management Processes and be able to articulate what those processes are Either current experience or able to understand highly technical electro-mechanical products Offerings
