We are immediately looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to join our team during a critical time in the growth of our company. The position involves creating fresh solutions for bath remodeling and working in the Tucson, Arizona market. Responsibilities Research and find events and shows within the assigned territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors. Book an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators. Schedule demonstrators to work events. Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down. Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows. Collect contest entries. Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in‑home consultations. Measure and report results. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train, and motivate others. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
