Superintendent (Owner’s Rep) , you will support the Senior Superintendent in driving data center projects from start to finish, ensuring strict safety and compliance standards, overseeing on-site coordination, and managing contractor performance. You’ll be embedded within a high‑performing team where senior leaders will mentor you in the unique dynamics of complex data center environments - including today’s most in‑demand technologies. You’ll become a

The Necessities
4+ years Data Center or Mission Critical experience , essential
Owner’s Rep or client‑side experience , a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office
(Excel & Project especially)
Experience with
Yardi, Procore, and Prolog , preferred
Must be able to
work on‑site in South Bend, Indiana
(relocation or travel as needed)
