Manage and execute the residential sales strategy with rep agencies, providing training and tools Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales with showroom partners Develop and manage relationships with key showroom personnel to enhance growth initiatives Increase brand awareness and specifications with residential architects and designers through various activities Oversee successful residential new product launches, including training and display gains What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field Minimum of 8 years of field sales experience in construction or showroom sales/sales management Experience working with home builders and the architecture & design community Residing within the Northeast territory Ability to travel up to 50% regionally How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
