What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the residential sales strategy and execution with representative agencies, providing direction and training

Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales to showroom partners

Cultivate relationships with key showroom personnel and execute growth initiatives for increased displays and sales activities

Drive specifications with residential architects and designers through brand awareness and strategic initiatives

Ensure successful new product launches, including training and display gains

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of field sales experience in construction, showroom sales, or sales management

Experience working with home builders and the Architecture & Design community preferred

Resident of the Northeast territory

Ability to travel 50% regionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with CRM systems

Proven track record in showroom sales or construction sales management

Strong network within the residential architecture and design community

Familiarity with market trends in the plumbing and water delivery industry
