Salary range is $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus a $125 monthly cell phone allowance and a performance-based commission/incentive plan

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Expand prospecting opportunities within the hearing care industry to attract new members

Capture new business opportunities and perform cold calls to position the employer as a business solution

Develop relationships with prospective decision-makers to facilitate new member sign-ups

Prepare and review an annual territory business plan in collaboration with the regional director

Deliver tailored presentations that address prospects' specific needs and demonstrate strong ROI

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven track record of success in sales

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills for effective working relationships with diverse populations

Willingness to travel up to 40–60% for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Existing book of business in the hearing care space

Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, or a related field
