Lead and develop a regional sales team, focusing on strategy, personnel development, and client relationships Ensure high-quality sales output through detailed monitoring and continuous improvement of sales metrics Foster client loyalty and retention through data-driven coaching and support Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as billing, operations, and marketing Communicate the employer's value proposition through presentations and proposals to enhance sales opportunities What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals Experience in managing goal setting, accountability metrics, and pipeline management Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce Willingness to travel multiple times a year for events How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
