$60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
Develop, modify, and optimize robot programs using teach pendants, PLCs, and vision systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robotic cells and automated machinery.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic arms, end-effectors, and associated control systems.
Monitor robot performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and uptime.
Document all maintenance activities, programming changes, and system configurations accurately.
Provide technical support and training to production operators on safe and efficient robot operation.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry certifications and experience.
2+ years of hands‑on experience with industrial robot programming, operation, and maintenance (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA) in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics, blueprints, and using diagnostic tools.
Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation control and integration.
Demonstrated understanding and adherence to industrial safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial vision systems.
Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
Proficiency in offline robot programming and simulation software.
Certification in a specific robot brand (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
