A well-known insurance firm in De Witt, NY, seeks a Claims Adjuster to manage moderate to high complexity commercial claims. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate must be able to obtain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
Investigate claims and determine appropriate settlements in accordance with policy provisions and regulatory requirements. Provide high-quality customer service to insureds, claimants, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the claims process. Qualifications
At least 4 years of relevant experience in commercial claims processing or a related field. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and claim handling best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to obtain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
