Join Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Full‑time Sales Specialist in the Pro Services division.
Impact at Lowe’s As a Pro Sales Specialist, you guide and consult every Pro customer who walks through our doors, helping them find the products and services that deliver on their project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the Pro business to locate, demonstrate, select, quote, and order merchandise for customers.
Order products through the Fulfillment and Delivery network to service the customer.
Communicate Lowe’s Pro Supply service, brand and value benefits to customers.
Build customer relationships using CRM, streamline processes, and increase sales visibility.
Promote and assist sign‑up for Pro rewards, partnership programs, Pro Credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
Provide information on stock, special orders, features, application, and warranty for Lowe’s programs.
Cross‑train in other store areas to support the best customer service.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1‑2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
1‑2 years of customer service experience, including greeting customers, locating products, answering phones, and building relationships.
Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items up to 25 lbs unassisted.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
Comfortable using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Obtain sales‑related licensure or registration if required by law in the state of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a sales or customer‑service environment with sales goals or metrics.
Experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special sales orders.
Professional certification related to the department.
Bi‑lingual skills.
