Responsibilities
Support Senior Relationship Managers in servicing complex accounts for high-net-worth individuals and family offices Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses Prepare client-facing materials, including proposals, insurance summaries, and meeting documentation Process policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes accurately and on time Maintain accurate client records in CRM and agency management systems Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (preferred) 2-4 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or client support roles, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth clients Strong understanding of Personal Lines and Private Client insurance products Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus Ability to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications
