Overview
Executive & Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur and Family. Location: South Bay (PLEASE ONLY BE LOCAL TO SOUTH BAY). Schedule: Full-time, 9am–5pm with flexibility; occasional weekend availability (with notice) for events or travel. Work Environment: Primarily based out of the principal’s home office; 1–2 days/week remote (from your home). Compensation: $80K–$100K DOE (potential stipend toward benefits pending). Responsibilities
Act as a right hand to the principal and family, supporting a blend of personal and business priorities Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for the principal, his wife, and household activities Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel; must be confident managing high-volume travel or working with travel agents (Principal has traveled to over 130 countries) Liaise with managers, agents, publicists, and vendors Run personal errands, manage returns, shop, and oversee gifting needs Supervise household vendors and coordinate service appointments or maintenance Support Airbnb property operations including guest communication and weekend logistics Assist with event coordination, production logistics, and business needs Handle light social media tasks and maintain organized files and digital communication Occasionally assist with school pick-ups, activity planning, and child-related logistics Maintain discretion, clear communication, and a calm, can-do attitude Remain accessible via text/phone outside standard hours as needed Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an EA/PA (entertainment or production experience preferred) Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage international and domestic travel logistics Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with social media Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Valid passport; ability to travel with notice Dog-friendly and comfortable in a family-oriented household Personable, resourceful, trustworthy, and discreet Additional Notes
You’ll work alongside a housekeeper and additional staff. Occasional evening and weekend support required with notice. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a high-functioning household and business.
